Delivery Driver - Hilldale - (Madison, WI)

On-the-Go Delivery Driver Availability: Part time position. Weekdays 1-9p, with open weekend availability required for consideration. Summary: Provides excellent customer service by utilizing Metcalfes delivery vehicle to deliver pre-ordered grocery items to residential and business customers. Receives in-store customer order and records specific delivery instructions. Provides added value by informing regular customers of new products and services and address customer questions and concerns. Essential Duties: Essential position assignments for this position include the following items: Delivers pre-ordered grocery items to residential and business customers. Loads delivery vehicle with customer orders. Receives and writes customer order with delivery instructions. Navigates adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product. Collects customer payment and record all sales and delivery transactions.
