Service Writer - (Oak Grove, MO)

Job DescriptionThe Oak Grove 70 Petro Truckstop Diesel Service Center is now seeking customer service-driven sales people to work our parts counter. Our Parts Counter Team is responsible for writing up work orders, working with trucking companies on approvals for work, answering phone calls, and creating a repeat customer base. This person will needs to have open availability. Pay will be based on background.Responsibilities:• Provide 100% customer satisfaction• Provide fast, efficient and friendly service• Write work orders and enter info into computer system• Expertise to work safelyRequirements:• Must have background working in sales or a customer service environment• Will be able to work the 12AM-8AM, 8AM-4PM, and 4PM-12AM.• Must be able to stand for entire eight hour shift• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.• Must have a valid driver's license.EOE.
