Project Manager Presidio Vista Properties is a real estate development firm specializing in large estate homes and luxury multi-unit buildings. The firm, founded in 2004, invests in highly sought after residential properties in the western US. We are currently active in Lake Tahoe, Aspen, and Ketchum/ Sun Valley, with previous successful projects in San Francisco, Woodside and Atherton. On each project, PVP works with the finest architects, designers, contractors, and craftsmen in the region to create uniquely beautiful homes. We currently have five properties and over $100M in projects under management, and are looking for a hard -working new team player to join us. Position details The Project Manager for Real Estate Development position is primarily focused on the construction stage of the development process. The bulk of the job is managing the information of the budget and the schedule for two to 4 construction projects simultaneously.
