Software development Manager Total Expert is looking for a Software development Manager to expand our Software development organization. Total Expert is a SaaS technology start-up located in Eden Prairie, MN focused on providing the very 1st fully integrated central hub for marketing sales and collaboration across the real estate and mortgage industries. We are looking for teammates motivated to move fast, innovative, and are passionate about delivering a high quality software platform as part of a highly collaborative and awesome team! What you’ll be doing: Work with senior management to set overall project priorities, manage software related aspects of projects, assign development teammates, and provide day-to-day technical work direction for a team of highly-capable Software and Quality Engineers. Assists teammates with problem analysis, estimating, software design, development, and testing of the Total Expert product and customer related projects.
