Maintenance Technician - (Central Islip, NY)

We are currently seeking applicants with maintenance repair and fabrication experience for a manufacturing organization that specializes in health and wellness. This is a direct hire opportunity starting at $ 23-25 an hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday 40 hours a week plus overtime first shift Opportunity Complete benefits package Assignments include: -Experience repairing and troubleshooting packaging machines, boxing, labeling, conveyors, belts, capping, machines -Performs most manufacturing and facilities repairs, including manufacturing equipment changeovers with minimal supervision as well as on their own -Performs all PMs as required -Interprets blueprints and schematics -Diagnoses problems/malfunctions -Alter dimensions to fit specifications -Resolve assembly and production issues -Must be comfortable working in a high energy production environment Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Skills: -Minimum four years in a maintenance technician role -Technical schooling or education a plus
