Job Profile: Oversee overall Asset Management Strategy for the site Oversee Predictive Maintenance Programs (i.e. Oil Vibration & Thermal Imaging Analysis). Responsible for the Development and Implementation of Notification Based Reliability Plans Responsible for the Development & Implementation of Cost Savings Initiatives Lead Role in Equipment & Parts Standardization Participate in Technical Exchanges Support overall Capital and Expense Budget Development and Implementation Lead Role in Designing and Implementing Preventive Maintenance Program & identifying and closing existing gaps Responsible for creating and changing Maintenance Plans Responsible for maintaining Site Equipment Records Assist in the training of Maintenance Personnel Qualifications: BS Chem Eng or Mech Eng five years Reliability Engineering in chemical plant or similar operation
