MAINTENANCE MANAGER SUMMARY Our client is a large, multi-location manufacturer of polymer products. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who brings a unique blend of strong team building and organizational skills along with a love of participating with your team where the problems are found, the plant floor. This job mandates solid background in maintenance with plastics-industry equipment, including PLCs pumps, motors, Drives, grinders, chillers, air compressors, vacuum material handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors and similar industrial equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER: * Ensure safety is of paramount importance to all in the Maintenance Area, and convey that message throughout all departments as a part of the corporate culture. * Create a Team atmosphere in the Maintenance department and provide Leadership and mentoring to maintenance technicians and sub-contractors to achieve maintenance objectives.
