Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager JOB OVERVIEW:Primary Scope: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all preventative maintenance programs/scheduling/execution, diagnostics, spare parts programs and inventory, tool and tooling programs/log/inventory, troubleshooting, scheduled and unscheduled repairs, optimization, calibration, and installation of high speed vertical form, fill, seal machinery and associated volumetric and auger filling systems, conveyors, PLCs, and all other equipment in the production plant, including: electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, motors, blending equipment, labeling equipment, scales, product conveyance systems, and facility support equipment in a professional, timely, and often urgent manner. Secondary Scope: The maintenance manager will assist with and/or perform machine operator duties.Responsibilities: 1.Ensure all equipment lines are operable and functioning per specifications at or above 95 % of runtime.
