HVAC Technician (2nd Shift) - (Lake Orion, MI)

Prior HVAC background and EPA Universal Certification second Shift but could be bumped to third because of union seniorityy Summary: - Performs semiskilled and unskilled manual tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds, equipment, and appliances. - Disassembles and assembles, cleans and sands, and otherwise prepares equipment, fixtures, or appliances for repair, overhaul and/or refinishing. - Learn general and specialized software applications. - Apply practices common to building, maintenance, and construction. - Preventative maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing components. - Makes minor repairs to and installs equipment or small as directed. - Performs routine and preventive maintenance. - Follows instructions of journeyman's maintenance technicians instructions. - Paid Holidays - Work in more than 1 trade area, as directed.
