Call Center Representative (Financial Institution) - (Roswell, GA)

Job details: Provides banking and financial services with established objectives of selling new or additional products or services via the telephone to customers. Quickly establishes and maintains rapport with all callers, and works diligently to identify nature of call or problem in earliest dialogue Location: Roswell, GA Pay level: $15/hour Hours: Regular shift is either 9-6 or 10-7, assigned after training and nesting. Must work 1 weekend day, either Sat or Sun, offset by day off during the week. Can choose to work 4- 10 hour days or 5- 8 hour days, but still must include a weekend day. Position qualifications and Responsibilities: --Facilitates the telephone banking services in a call center environment; answer all calls according to established guidelines and standards of practice; provide banking services and promote the banks products. --Receives routine and basic calls concerning the banks products and/or services; may be required to place calls when necessary.
