Invoice Support - (Beltsville, MD)

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Invoice Support familiar with reconciliation and credit card transactions for our client located in Beltsville, MD to work with the salesmen in the sales department . This is a temp to hire opportunity paying between $14 -$18 per hour, working Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities are but not limited to: -Obtains client info by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying info. -Determines eligibility by comparing client info to requirements. -Schedule appointments for the salesmen (Most important role) -Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing info. -Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. -Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. -Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
