A provider of on-line learning programs is filling a position for a Telecommuting Latin Teacher.Applicants will be responsible for the following: Acquainting students to their coursework and communicating course and school requirements Employing synchronous and asynchronous tools to supplement course content Tracking student progress and helping students stay on pace to complete class by class end date Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree from an licensed school Teaching certification for 9-12 Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, Florida, or Ohio state teaching certification in Latin with background teaching in that subject Three Years or more of classroom teaching background and 1 year of on-line teaching background Meet highly-qualified teacher requirements Strong content and subject matter knowledge
