The Human Resource Center Specialist will work in the fast growing market of Columbus, OH! CLIENT OVERVIEW: A top 5 Healthcare system in the U.S. MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL FUNCTIONS - Identifying process improvement, streamlining opportunities, and assisting with the development of standard practices for HR processes MIN REQUIREMENTS - Excellent customer service and people skills, including responsiveness - Resolving simple-to-moderate issues using policies, practices, and HR systems - Proven expertise to manage daily responsibilities and respond to a changing environment - Partnering with subject matter experts and other resource center specialists to respond to and resolve participant inquiries in a timely manner - Resolving issues, recommending resources, and responding to questions.
