Job summary A Company Chief Human Resources Officer is an individual who will lead the team in maintaining a proactive and strategic approach while ensuring compliance to all related regulations established. A Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for assisting with employee development nationwide; staying knowledgeable of area related trends; and enhancing the company internally and externally through all avenues. Key Areas of Responsibility: Oversee and is accountable for all activities of the HR department; provide overall leadership and guidance. Develop & execute HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization – succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, workers compensation, unemployment, and retention. Plans, directs, implements and advises on company policy and human-capital related matters across all levels of the organization. Prepare and maintain HR budget.
