Special Counsel Minneapolis seeks a litigation paralegal with bankruptcyexperience. We have a great job opportunity available for someone who wouldlike to work at a smaller downtown Minneapolis law firm that believes inproviding outstanding client-focused service. This position is responsible forparalegal as well as some office administration duties. Duties of the Paralegal job include: - Work on the trustee side of bankruptcy cases, as well as assist with somecommercial litigation and creditors rights issues - File maintenance and case documentation - Draft correspondence and legal documents - Prepare documents for hearings and court appearances - Electronic filing in Federal, State, and Bankruptcy court - Proof-reading, client billing, file organization, and other operationalduties as assigned Requirements -Min of 2 yrs of work background as a paralegal in litigation - Effective communication abilities - Familiarity with bankruptcy processes, procedures
