Unit Description Sodexo is looking for a Food Production Manager 2 for Capital Health Medical Center in Pennington, NJ Capital Health Hopewell is a 7 year old, 235 bed acute care hospital in beautiful Pennington N.J. The successful applicant should have some culinary and food management expertise. Preferred applicant should have at least two years background in the Healthcare production management. Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Managing about 60 non-union employees and direct responsibility for 25 BOH culinary staff members, oversee food quality, the AYR(At Your Request) in room dining program, training and development of staff and compliance.
