Responsibilities: Major poultry producer has an immediate need for a 2nd shift Receiving Team Leader (Supervisor). Individual will: * Train, direct and develop hourly employees * Ensure quality of finished product * Define and implement new methods of production to improve efficiency Qualifications: Successful applicant will have previous food and supervisory background. Individuals applying should meet 1 of the following criteria: * BS plus two years of supervisory background in food processing * AA plus 3-four years of supervisory background in food processing * six or more years of supervisory background in poultry processing.
