Maintenance Technician (Meadowview at Clifton Park) - (Rexford, NY)

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - IMMEDIATE OPENING Conifer has an immediate need for a Full time Maintenance Technician at our apartment community, Meadowview at Clifton Park, in Rexford, NY. Successful applicants will be responsible for the neat presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings including grounds and fixtures. Expertise to multi-task with outstanding communication expertise to interact with residents, vendors and contractors important. Min of 3+ years prior maintenance background in routine painting, plumbing, minor electrical wiring, carpentry, cleaning and other related maintenance activities using both hand and power tools desired. Must be available for on-call hours when assigned and snow removal is mandatory. Some overtime may be required. Expertise to function both inside and outside in all types of weather critical; must be able to lift to a max of 100 pounds. on occasion with frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
