Mortgage Loan Originator Job - (Sacramento, CA)

Description: Originates loans by conducting marketing activities, seeking referrals from internal and external sources (such as realtors/contractors), qualifying and closing loans . In addition, this individual originates and coordinates loans according to firm's policy and appropriate regulations. Skills: High-school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Min four years of prior origination background required. Min 3 yrs of background in originating FHA/VA mortgage loans . Must have proven track record, established clientele base, and Realtor and Builder knowledge. Intermediate PC skills. Expertise to provide exceptional customer service and possess superior verbal and written correspondence and presentation skills in order to be effective in individual and group seminars. Multi-lingual skills preferred.
