Benefits Specialist - (Las Vegas, NV)

Randstad Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced Benefits Specialist who would be responsible for managing remittances to various benefit plans. Responsibilities: Reconcile benefit invoices to payroll deductions for employees in multiple states Coordinate and partner with Payroll/Accounting Department on benefits data submission and payroll related questions Verifies the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintains statistical data relative to premiums. Tracks monthly credits due from vendors. Compare expected system calculation results to actual system calculation results and research discrepancies in detail.
