The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of his/her respective property in accordance with all applicable tribal, federal, and state laws and regulations, CNE's Mission Statement, and the objectives of the organization. The General Manager ensures all aspects of his/her property's operations are conducted most efficiently and effectively in order to maximize its profit potential. The GM's service and work product have a substantial impact on CNE's operations, management, and its success. Directly supervises department managers in accordance with the organizational structure. Qualifications GAMING INDUSTRY BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED REQUIRED EDUCATION, BACKGROUND, AND COMPETENCIES: Bachelor 's degree in Hotel, Business Administration, Marketing, or related area; and a min of 5 (5) years GM background in Native American Casinos required.
