Customer Service Representative - Distribution Center - (Tampa, FL)
Job assignments: Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, able to keep a calm demeanor under pressure Determines requirements by working with customers and responding to customer needs Finds solutions for problems by clarifying issues and research, has knowledge of when to escalate issues Fulfills requests by clarifying desired info; completing projects/duties; forwarding requests Collaborate closely with other departments, internally and the outside sales group, Ordering device management and set up Basic Troubleshooting and 1st line response for customer ordering device issues, Able to understand and explain to customers the Texlon, SOS, Web Ordering and Imark/Tiva systems Weekly record keeping, filing as needed, both physically, and electronically Occasionally will key orders received via fax, phone, email Other duties as assigned.
