The applicant will be providing day-to-day employment law advice on employment matters arising under state and federal law, and preparation or review of employment-related documents. Should preferably have background of discovery, motion practice. Trial background being a plus. This Tennessee-based law firm is more 120 yrs old and has 3 offices in the state.
