Senior Media Relations Specialist Memphis,Tennessee Job Requirements: EDUCATION/BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or other related position preferred 5 (5) years of background working in media relations, print or broadcast journalism or any combination of these roles Background working with local, regional and national media and a proven track record of placements within national outlets utilizing consumer and/or medical scientific media is required experience working in a health care or scientific setting is preferred Background in integrating multimedia, social media, and on-line media strategies for audiences of all levels are preferred Effective management expertise with the expertise to handle multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
