Quality Control Inspector - (Neenah, WI)

Position summary:JOB OVERVIEWThis is a second shift position (Monday - Friday) 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm.As a Quality Control Inspector, your main purpose will be to perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.The key job accountabilities are...1) Product Inspection: Inspects in-process and/or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards and ensures that appropriate steps are initiated to remediate nonconformities2) Quality Decisions: Determines acceptance or rejection of product working from Agile, ECOs/Deviations, GSF, Specifications/Work Instructions, etc.3) Ensures Accountability: Compares each product to certified samples or drawings and communicates existing discrepancies to the appropriate teams4) Excellent communication: Interacts with members of the Quality Control and other teams in order to ensure accurate and timely relaying of product and shipment status.
