Senior Manager Quality Assurance Legal Response CenterDuties: Responsible for the development and management of the Quality Assurance Team and is responsible for the accuracy of legal requests supporting the ranges of service, with activities relating to legal research, analysis / subscriber discovery and responding to subpoenas, court orders search warrants and data preservation requests. Individual will engage with all levels of management, ISPs, law enforcement agencies, legal entities, and subscribers on confidential legal matters representing the Comcast.net domain and its subscribers. Ensures that evidence collected or disseminated meets all company policies, legal and regulatory compliance criteria under Federal, State and local regulations. Processes law enforcement agency emergency requests in support of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). Reports directly to the Senior Director and provides executive leadership and guidance.
