CitiLean Smart Automation Process Architect- Assistant Vice President - (Tampa, FL)

Citi is currently recruiting for a role in the Smart Automation Centre where you will be w orking with business and functional partners to act as a 'Process Architect' to help drive value for our clients across our end-to-end processes. Your role will be to support Operations and Business leaders by deploying Citi's customized Lean program, analyzing key processes and identifying comprehensive recommendations for an improvement roadmap. You will be an expert in all aspects of Lean and also in the application of Robotics and other emerging technologies to process improvement. Critical responsibilities: Support management to identify and structure individual CitiLean projects Support individual CitiLean projects and training for business and functional partners, including: Scoping and planning the projects (deliverables, timelines, resourcing, etc.)
