Landscape Crew Leader - (Meridian, MS)

This position is for a Landscape Crew Leader with a landscape contractor located in Kewanee, MS (fifteen miles east of Meridian). Duties and Assignments include: Responsible for supervising a crew of 2-6 landscape technicians Responsible for landscape technician's quality and efficiency of work Oversee the safety rules and regulations according to workplace standards Responsible for the proper usage of all equipment and tools (zero turn mowers, trimmers and other outdoor power equipment) Must provide outstanding customer service, well organized, trust worthy, sharp minded, courteous and able to get along well with others Be able to drive up to 1 ton trucks (including trucks with manual transmissions); trucks may involve pulling trailers Installation of plants, mulch, irrigation systems, lighting systems, patios, decks etc. May be exposed to chemicals and fertilizers Training will be provided in all areas
