Senior Employee Relations Consultant - (Worcester, MA)

Our Human Resources department is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our team in our Worcester, MA office, with flexibility for other locations in the Northeast region. Position overview: This position performs a broad range of analytical, issue solving and consultative support activities for internal client groups with a significant focus on Employee Relations. The role provides consultative and complex HR Services support that not only impact the immediate, but also impact future state and change efforts. The role utilizes basic consulting and influencing skills to deliver high-quality decisions in keeping with company policies and state and federal employment regulations. This is a Full time, Exempt role. Responsibilities/Required functions: Lead expert consulting on the day-to-day functioning of employee relations and other HR services, programs, and processes.
