HVAC Technician - (Tyler, TX)

TJC-- HVAC Technician-- This is a full time, 12-month position responsible to the Supervisor, Utilities/Energy Management, Facilities and Construction.-- Duties include: Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment up to 30 tons, including split systems, package units, pumps, fans, air handler units, heating units, refrigeration equipment and air compressors; performing periodic or special preventive maintenance inspections to ascertain the general condition of the equipment and making recommendations for repairs as necessary to keep the equipment in good operating condition.-- Requirements include: High-school degree or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred; two years demonstrated expertise to apply techniques of the trade; great communication expertise and strong work ethic required; available for overtime and to be on call; current valid Texas Driver's License.-- Annual salary: $24,960--Application deadline: Position open until filled--Position available: Upon applicant's availability-- For a
