Helpdesk - Level 1 Job - (Huntley, IL)

A manufacturing company located near Huntley is looking for a Level one Helpdesk professional to join their team. Our client has an opening for a Level one Helpdesk professional to join their team in the northwest suburbs. You will be working with the company's end users and Tier 1-2 support staff. In this position you will provide help desk support for any desktop (PC or Mac) issues via telephone and e-mail. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and repairing computers/printers/mobile phones, restoring files from backups, and creating and administering Active Directory accounts. The right applicant should have 1-2yrs of background with supporting Level-1 Helpdesk.
