The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting all customer inquiries regarding the status of repairs, internet purchases, and site navigation. Responsibilities: ? Investigate and respond to all customer inquiries in a TIMELY manner ? Handle all telephone calls and emails from consumers (retail/wholesale) ? Process internet sales orders via web sitemanager portal ? Responsible for upgrading the sale whenever possible and assisting customers with making purchasing decisions ? Learning the Snow Joe + Sun Joe product line (i.e. going through an actual assembly of a product) and familiarizing yourself thoroughly with all use and care manuals so that you can be a knowledgeable resource to customer
