Early Childhood Education Teacher - (Bay, AR)

Requirements: Education degree or related position preferred. Must be at least 21 yrs of age. A willingness to teach from the perspective of the Christian faith. Possess oral, auditory and written correspondence skills for use with both children and parents. Have at least 1 year of background in a daycare or educational setting. Accountability: Accountable to the Director and Assistant Director with relationships to the Director of Christian Education and to the Parent Board. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, supervise and implement a quality program in accordance with the policies and mission statement of the Carpenter's Shop Christian Daycare and the State Licensing Rules. Provide a safe and healthy environment, being aware of the children's physical condition and the condition of the equipment in the classroom. Provide multi-cultural, non-sexist materials and equipment for all children in your classroom. Be responsible for the learning environment of the classroom.
