French Teacher - (Jonesboro, GA)

Clayton County Public Schools is seeking candidates for the following position(s): French Teacher (Pool Position 2018-2019) Location: Clayton County Public Schools Position details & Position duties: Teaching French grammar, spelling, pronunciation, vocabulary and composition; guiding students on conversational French; teaching students about French language, literature, culture, and history; Creating engaging lesson plans; planning classroom activities to motivate students; preparing visual aids; grading homework and exams; coaching students individually or as a group; Communicating with parents and other teachers about a student's progress; and other tasks as assigned. Providing specific and timely feedback on academic efforts, behavior and work quality, and maintaining a classroom that is designed and organized for maximal student learning. Min Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required with a min of a 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale. A min of 1 (1) year teaching background wanted.
