Expertise Trainer - (Buda, TX)

Position summary:This position is critical to Cabela's in driving customer satisfaction and sales through ensuring their store represents that we are experts in the outdoor industry to those we passionately serve. This position is responsible for creating a training environment within their respective store. Particularly, the Trainer is responsible for the training of all non-operational training and drives training accountability of the delivery of all operational training within the respective store. The position seeks all opportunities to educate all sales outfitters on product and sales in order to directly align with Cabela's Vision 2020 and to create and\/or build upon a culture of product ability and sales within the store.
