*Job details* The*Training Coordinator Senior* identifies all program training qualifications, determines solutions and coordinates required training through completion. *Principal Accountabilities* (Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract) * Implement customer qualifications and appropriate training processes and protocols for the assigned program. * Ensure accuracy and completion of individual and associated team assignments and tasks. * Develop and review all assigned personnel training reports, verifying content and compliance. * Serve as single point-of-contact for multiple sites on program/contract training activities * Monitors the training qualifications of personnel during mobilization and transition in fulfillment of contract qualifications * Ensure compliance with federal and local government training reporting qualifications. * Compile, verify, and submit training records and documents to proper level of management.
