Job DescriptionSeeking a Multilingual HR Manager to direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, payroll, benefits and employee services.Responsibilities: Provide full service HR support to the company Liaise with outside PEO or Payroll processing companies regarding all aspects of human resources and payroll Process payroll in co-ordination with external payroll provider Maintain current job descriptions for all positions Co-ordinate open enrollment for employee benefits Orientation and On-boarding of new employees Provide employees with personal copy of company policies Maintain and update the Employee Handbook Create and maintain current Benefits Summary to be used with new hires Explain company personnel policies, benefits
