Paralegal The applicant will be working in the fields of estate planning and elder law. Will be managing & Executing Legal Estate Plans. Facilitating Benefit Applications " Start to Finish/Approval (Medicaid, PASSPORT & Veteran s Programs). Client Process Management " Meetings/Drafting/Client & Internal Communication. The applicant should have an associate degree. Previous elder law background is a plus, but not required. At least one year of related experience required. Great accountability, communication & self-management expertise. High aptitude for technology (we use custom computer software, in addition to the full Ms office).
