Paralegal IIThe applicant will review different contract types and pull out specific terms that will be populated in Salesforce. Accessing SharePoint to pull contracts. Interpreting contracts. Selecting y/n options in SalesForce. Reviewing and interpreting work in ms excel. Several hundred contracts to review. Must have background reading and interpreting contracts + Proficiency using microsoft excel. Should have preferable 1-two years of contract interpretation. The applicant who has interpreted MSAs/lease agreements; something of complexity.Duration : 3+ Months.
