Senior Commercial ParalegalThe applicant will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, redlining, analyzing and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and agreements in support of Brenntag North America and its operating companies. Will be reviewing, drafting, redlining, analyzing and negotiating a wide spectrum of commercial contracts and agreements, including to master service agreements (MSAs), vendor and supplier agreements, sales and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, commission agreements, equipment lease agreements, details technology agreements, and amendments. Creating, uploading and maintaining contracts and contract details in contract management system. Updating Legal and business teammates on the status of contracts. Developing and updating forms, templates, policies, procedures and checklists. Identifying, analyzing and communicating contract risk to business leaders. Creating reports, charts and PowerPoint presentations.
