ParalegalThe applicant will review, organize and analyze claim file from insurance company to create an appeal plan for attorney s review, including preparing physician narrative requests and medical record requests. Will prepare draft court documents, correspondence and memos. Familiar with review and summation of medical records. Proficiency with E-filing, OJIN and PACER is needed. Telephone communications; answering or directing inquiries. Represents attorney by communicating and obtaining details; following-up on delegated assignments. Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney details confidential. Should have 2+ years of recent paralegal background. Excellent attention to detail and the expertise to work both independently and under attorney supervision is needed. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is needed. Should preferably have background using a MAC computer.
