Senior Intellectual Property Manager - (Cambridge, MA)

Senior Intellectual Property Manager The applicant reporting to the Director of IP, will be expected to work in conjunction with Innovation personnel to manage the procurement of patent rights for inventions owned by company and company affiliates. In particular, will be responsible for the below delineated activities and projects. Assist invention triage as it relates to determining aspects and scope of the invention suitable for patent protection. Develop patenting strategy for critical intellectual property portfolios. Manage and conduct prosecution of select patent applications and/or portfolios owned or co-owned by company and company affiliates. Analyze interactions with patent office and provide strategic advice on intellectual property development. Act a resource for Innovation on changes in patent law, recommend actions based on recent legal precedent. Draft and file coversheet provisional patent applications on inventions owned or co-owned by company and company affiliates.
