Administrative Assistant /Event Planner We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Event Planner to coordinate the functions of the SmartLife office. Responsibilities include providing: Clerical and public relations support to the office Oversight/Coordination of event planning Answering in-coming calls and any questions from Members The applicant we are looking for will have: Good knowledge of computers, including competency in microsoft word processing and data base management. Outstanding communication, organization skills and remarkable customer service skills Related skills and/or education Event planning background is a plus!
