Job DescriptionGeneral Statement of Responsibilities: Responsible for a wide variety of secretarial, bookkeeping, clerical and coordination duties and administering of day-to-day activities of the agency. Key functions: These are the minimal functions of the position:Accounting: To process, verifying accuracy and record accounts payables into accounting system. To invoice state and private funded clients and tenants. To receive and post payments from state (RA) into accounting system To collect rent payments and post into accounting system. To prepare and submit weekly payroll and all payroll changes. Responsible for paying client rents for those whom Corliss is Rep Payee, and client reimbursement to Corliss for medical and utility bills. To assist the Finance Manager in gathering and presenting such materials as may be required by financial and state auditors. To complete employee wage verification i.e. Social Security, lenders, etc. To be familiar with all aspects of the accounting department.
