POSITION SUMMARY:Provides overall management, direction and guidance to operational activities of Equity Trust with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability.Performs day-to-day leadership and management of company operational functions, including (but not limited to) New Accounts, Transfers, Trust Accounting, Distributions, etc.Supports the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team and collaborates effectively across the organization.Leads Operations teams to provide an excellent client background.
