We have an immediate opening for a Fireplace & Mantel Field Supervisor for residential construction. The principal responsibility is overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of fireplace and mantel installations and service are carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with company organizational policies, procedures and goals. We will rely on your ability and proactive approach to oversee all aspects of our installation and service department. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and working in conjunction with the Controller and Purchasing Manager. If you are highly organized, methodical, pay attention to detail, great follow up and follow through on outlined processes, can work in a quick paced and ever changing environment, good technical skills, professional, articulate, good judgment and common sense....
