Job DescriptionCompass a leading South Florida provider of office furnishings and prefabricated interior construction is seeking an Interior Design Team Manager to become a part of our team! You will work with, lead and develop a team to space plan and specify furniture and interior architectural solutions (such as walls, and acoustical products). Great opportunity for Sr. Designer looking to move to the next stage in their career.Responsibilities:· Coordinate with architectural and interior design firms to develop solutions for their clients, respond to RFP requests and accurately specify components.· Schedule design resources for team· Communicate with teammates on a daily basis in terms of workload, current turn-around time, availability and schedule.· Manage internal design team player development process· Space plan and specify systems furniture using AutoCAD, and Cap Studio.· Complete specification checks for other designers.· Prepare construction and Installation drawings
