Profile Summary: Voya Financial Advisors is looking for an Operations Team Lead for our Resource Center located in Windsor, CT Will lead, coach and train a rapidly growing team of phone based agents who service the clients and representatives of Voya Financial Advisors. Profile Responsibilities: Provide weekly coaching to each member of the Resource Center regarding service, policy knowledge and system aptitude. Collaborate with leadership to make department enhancements to reach teams stated SLA Expertise to provide resolution to complex situations following firm and industry guidelines Take direct representative or client calls as required Train new associates to the team on all facets of the broker dealer. Complies with all division policies and regulatory qualifications.
