Position overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our winning team. As a member of our Materials department Daily Responsibilities: · Responsible for order acknowledgement, coordinating, and expediting · File paperwork as needed, answer phones, and some front desk receptionist duties · Excellent customer service skills demonstrated by speaking professionally with customers · Follow up on back orders to ensure timely deliveries based on delivery qualifications and customer expectations · Daily communication with customers concerning orders · Data entry into accounting and customer order system · Coordinates purchasing activities with other departments to meet customer expectations and company inventory objectives Qualifications: Min of two years Customer Service background Expertise to file paperwork accurately and timely Applicant must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft word, Ms excel, and Outlook.
