Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Rep Job - (Hunt Valley, MD)

The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, initiate customer collection communications and maintain customer accounts within established goals. This position will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD The critical functions of this position are: *Respond to customer inquiries and initiate corrective action. *Monitor pre-assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices. *Initiate collection activities, such as correspondence, phone calls and follow up for past due accounts. *Pro-actively communicate to the Department head on issues impeding collection efforts. *Communicate with billing on invoicing and operational set up issues. *Coordinate and communicate the resolution of collection issues with sales and operations. *Other duties as required. The min Knowledge, Education, Background, Skills, and/or Abilities required to perform this job are, including any physical demands: *Strong written and oral communication abilities.
